Creating Possibilities

About the Program

In today's society, raising a mentally and physically healthy teenage girl is a common challenge for most parents due to the issues that girls face growing up, especially with the presence of Social Media.  Even well-adjusted girls have stories of self-esteem problems, bullying and peer pressure.

This workshop is designed to teach teens how to: settle a busy mind, skillfully handle emotions, thoughts and conflict, cultivate compassion and perspective, and truly listen and communicate to one another by sharing their passion and goals.  The workshop will transform the mind, body and soul by participating in various exercises and discussions that will uncover….

  • Ideas around fear and strategies to over come obstacles to give young teens the confidence needed to set SMART goals and live the life they desire.
  • How to use the authentic voice to communicate effectively and how to use social media as a tool to help teens to create a positive brand and story.
  • The importance of health and wellness (nutrition & exercise) and a new appreciation of ones body image. 30 minutes of yoga will be practiced daily.
  • Techniques to handle stressful situations and how the practice of gratitude can help guide teens perspective.
  • The creation of a vision board to shift energetic vibration, which expands vitality and helps give teens more clarity and certainty about their decisions.

Here's what people are saying

Since I first met Christie, I recognized something different in her…. She has a tremendous drive and passion to make a difference in the world. As I got to know her through our work together I realized that she has “It” – she has the skills, habits, knowledge and attitude to do anything she deems worthy. I remember thinking ‘I wish my daughters could spend more time with Christie! She has so much to teach them’. And now, I am thrilled to hear that she has decided impacting teenage girls is part of her purpose. How lucky for us! I raised my hand right away to register my daughter for Christie’s leadership weekend program, Creating Possibilities. I feel incredibly grateful and lucky to have my daughter in her class. Please contact me for a reference. I would love to talk about the amazing impact Christie can have on our girls.”

A Note From Me

Growing up I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by mentors who gave me the confidence and inspired me to always Dream Big and that anything is possible if you commit and work for it. This is a value I still practice today.   My passion is to share this vision with young girls to help them live an authentic life filled with possibilities.

With gratitude,

Christie
